The Pikes Peak State College English Department is thrilled to share that the amazing poet Juan Morales is coming to PPSC on Friday, April 3, from 4-7 pm at the PPSC Downtown Campus Learning Commons, 100 West Pikes Peak Ave., Colorado Springs.
The evening will begin with a poetry reading and a writing workshop with Juan Morales, followed by an open mic. Then, we’ll have a reception with food courtesy of the Latino Alliance and tables for local authors.
I will be reading several new, unpublished poems and signing copies of Only Flying and Pen and Pulse: Essays on Writing, Craft, and the Writer’s Journey. The event (and food!) is free and open to the public. Please join us!
